Straw fiber seedling pots are a promising substitute for plastic pots. The mixing mode of straw affects the mechanical properties raw material membrane pot. To explore processing technology making pot with two kinds plant fibers in layered manner, optimal combination process parameters without additives production was studied experimentally. Response surface methodology (RSM) used to analyze (beating degree unbleached softwood kraft pulp fiber, beating wheat quality percentage content, and film grammage) regard dry tensile index Z-direction body. parameter certain obtained by using four factors five levels quadratic regression orthogonal rotation center design optimization experiment. technical were optimized as content 70%, grammage 70 g/m2, 47–48 °SR, 65–75 °SR.
